Melbourne-based designer, Anna Guinness and her Jack Russell Terrier business partner, Gertie established gertie and me in mid 2005, initially inspired following a trip to Europe after seeing some exquisite children’s interiors.

Her first product launched was the very stylish and practical Classic Moses Basket, the Moses basket being “the must-have newborn accessory” available across the UK, Europe and the USA. Shortly followed by the hugely popular Dolly Moses Basket complete with Jemima dolly.We have since moved on from the moses baskets.

gertie and me  then developed a delightful range of nursery gifts and charming soft toys, all toddler-tested by Anna's twin boys. The boys adore the plush toys, beautiful bunnies, and soft dinosaurs. Anna's freinds love the homewares, gorgeous gros-grain ribbons and fabulous gift tags with ribbon... perfect for the finishing touch to any present.
